DESCRIPTION

CAUTIONRonald Earl McCullough is wanted for his alleged involvement in an investment fraud scheme that occurren or around January 2009 to in or around May 2012.

McCullough, along with a partner (who was convicted at trial in June of 2015), allegedly solicited investor(personally, and through others) to invest in what McCullough and his partner described as an exclusiveforeign currency exchange group. McCullough and his partner allegedly told investors that the minimum participate in the group was $1 million, but that because McCullough and his partner were "Christians," wwanted to help other Christians to "build wealth," McCullough and his partner would allow the victims tonvest through their trading account.

McCullough and his partner allegedly told victims that their return was "guaranteed" and that the principawas safe and would be returned. They also allegedly promised high returns to investors, often double themoney that was invested within 30 days. McCullough and his partner sometimes paid returns to investorsfor their initial investments, and, encouraged by these returns, investors often reinvested larger sums ofmoney that were never repaid. In many cases, McCullough and his partner allegedly immediately or very

quickly used the money provided by investors to buy clothes, cars, and lavish homes.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for McCullough in the United States District Court for the EasternDistrict of North Carolina, Western Division, on July 9, 2013, after he was charged with conspiracy, wirefraud, mail fraud, engaging in unlawful monetary transactions, and aiding and abetting.
