Room Inspect ion Chart

Each category is worth 0-10 points, for a total of 100. The best job receives the highest

number of points. You must score 85 points or better to pass room check. Any child who fails room check will be fined $4 and grounded from extra curricular activities until room consistently passes inspection. Every time a child passes room inspection with a score of 98 or higher, he/she will earn $2. Room________________________________
