RoomUp AppSmart application configuration PCD7.LRxx brings all the application exper-tise for intelligent, energy-efficient room mangement to the point. Tested, proven and built-in applications, made available as configurable variants via the Android-based RoomUp app. The RoomUp app guarantees guided configuration and commissioning of applications and therefore error-free commissioning at minimized effort.

Efficient facility-wide application handling RoomUp’s intelligent «Template Concept» allows applications for hundreds of rooms to be conveniently generated and changed in one go. This drastically reduces commissioning time. E.g. changes to an application only need to be done once to the underlying application template of a room: The changes will then be auto-matically applied to all rooms using this template. All commissioning actions can be executed conveniently from the smart-phone via a wireless network. This enables the commissioning engineer to move freely throughout the building during the commissioning process.

It is a new way of getting leading-edge, proven application know-how into your room management. And it is a new way of commissioning room applications – simply via smartphone and the RoomUp app.

Applications can be easily adapted to changes or extensions during the build-ing‘s lifetime via master-slave configu-rations. Customer-specific application needs can be covered through freely programmable logic in plant controller and commanding free outputs from the PCD7.LRxx over the BACnet bus.

Installation FlexibilityPCD7.LRxx offers a multitude of smart,cost-saving features: Available in two housing dimensions

and several I/O versions to match individual needs.

Universally mountable on DIN rails, small installation housings, and walls (including optional terminal covers).

Offers 24 VAC aux. output voltage, allowing direct connection and powering of field devices.

Can be powered with line voltage.

Energy EfficiencyTested and proven high-end applications are provided with the controller. The RoomUp app guarantees guided con-figuration and testing of the wiring and therefore error-free commissioning at minimized efforts.

In accordance with EN15232, the con-troller has the highest efficiency rating for demand-based control of individual rooms. For utmost energy efficiency the application supports pressureinde-pendent control valves, 6-way valves, variable speed fans and indoor air quality control.

Relays and triacs are able to handle line voltage.

Simple wiring via two-wire polarity- insensitive bus interface to connect to wall modules (TR40, TR40-CO2, TR42 and TR42-CO2).

Easy facility-wide application installa-tion: once a single room is configured the application configuration can be extended to other rooms via the RoomUp app («Template Concept»).
