In the summer of 2008, when Roots Business School board of directors were evaluating the industry needs in relation to the University output in the area of business management, we found there was room for significant improvement in the MBA program structure.

Prof. BP Padala is a graduate in both technology and management. He entered into the field of higher education to fulfill his passion. He did extensive research about various educational systems across the world in the area of business education to bring world class education to India at an affordable cost to the students of Indian origin. Prof. Padala is a technocrat by training and institutional builder in practice. He developed an organization with an outstanding team of professionals who are experts in academia, instructional design, educational marketing and executive placements.

For the benefit of many, Prof. Padala crafted the strategy to create a legion of future business leaders. This mission is executed by his talented team under his able guidance.

Prof. Murthy Pasumarthy has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA/MS(USA) in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science , CPIM, CSQA with 20 years experience in multi-functional skills, deep business knowledge and profound USA experience in all the areas of Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma Methodologies, Project Management, Business Process Management, Business Value Modeling, Business Planning and Marketing Planning.
