ROSÉ HAS NEVER BEEN SO COOL.

A cool start to the growing season saw budburst a week later than average and a prolonged flowering period. The cool weather continued through summer and autumn - perfect for slow ripening, flavour development and natural acid retention.

Two blocks of our best Pinot Noir were harvested by hand and fermented in old French oak. Following tirage and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine had more than three years ageing on yeast lees to develop complexity and sophistication.

The pale colour resembles pink diamonds. Powerful aromas of toasted brioche, quince blossom & rose petals. A beautifully rich palate of vibrant red fruits and Turkish delight, creaminess and a touch of fine tannin set up a mouth-watering finish.
