Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2 oz Rye Whiskey1/2 oz Amaretto1 oz The Bitter Truth – Rose Water

Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

PMINT JULEP

1 1/2 oz Cognac3/4 oz The Bitter Truth – Apricot Liqueur1 bsp The Bitter Truth – Rose Water8-10 Mint Leaves

Muddle mint und cognac in a silver cup or tumbler, add all other ingredients and crushed ice and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.

PROSE WATER RICKEY

2 1/2 oz Dry Gin2 dashes The Bitter Truth – Aromatic Bitters1 bsp The Bitter Truth – Rose Water1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice1/6 oz Sugar Syrup5 Brandied Cherries (e.g. Griottines)8-10 oz Plain Soda Water
