ARTIST STUDIOS AT ROSEWOOD ARTS CENTRE Rosewood Arts Centre is a unique creative community program and facility located in

Kettering, Ohio. A division of the City of Kettering’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts,

Rosewood presents opportunities for the public to experience the visual and performing

arts. Over 350 classes are offered annually for youth and adults as well as gallery

exhibitions, theater performances, drop-in facilities, artist studios, and special events.

Please include the following with your Application:

_____ CV or resume;

_____ A letter of interest indicating why you are interested in having a studio at

Rosewood Arts Centre, how it will benefit your work and the community;

_____ A CD of images of your artwork or link to your website for image review (10

images minimum);

_____ Two professional recommendations (Name, Relationship, Email and Phone).

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed by the Rosewood Studio

Committee as studio spaces become available. Please note that 100 square foot studios

have a low vacancy rate and are in high demand. We will keep your application and

support materials on file for up to a year after submission, in which you may chose to

resubmit the application. The Studio Committee reviews criteria that include

demonstration of an active and serious practice, a commitment to the Kettering

community, and professionalism.

Studio spaces are $85/month for Kettering residents and $130/month for nonresidents.

Proof of general liability insurance is required upon signing the Studio License
