Projects

1. Wealth Management Workstation(WMW+) (2013 - 2015) : A Wealth Management Application used by Bank Of America’s Financial Advisors for its high Net Worth Clients/Organization to manage their property, stalks and income in the investment market.

Responsibility: Get Business Requirements, Automation (QTP and AutoIT) and ManualTesting, Contact with App Owners and Users and work on the issues and fixes, Logs Analysis and Issues Trace Outs.

2. Sales Force (2014-2015): A Browser based cloud computing third party app, which helps the Net Worth Clients CA’s and FA’s to manage the activities of their clients by creating Notes/tasks/Events, etc to increase the productivity and security of their Contact Information and lot more which got integrated with Wealth Management workstations to store Global Client’s information and contact details along with their role change privileges in different domain related to their Account Information.

Responsibility: End to End Manual testing, dependent and independent of application, its impacts, fixes and solutions on Dev Support Role, Automation using Browser Based Tool AutoIT and QTP.

3. Synergy (2013-2015) : An application used by 24K Bank Of America’s Customer Care Executives deployed in more than 7000 physical desktops in Band 7, XP who attends the BOA’s retail banking consumers/customers to provide them guideline, help and support in managing their banking accounts online, walk in or through Customer Care Exec. Also

gives them multiple offers and facilities scanning their accounts to keep them protected and utilize the best care and services.

Responsibility: Smoke Test Development (AutoIT) and regression on the apps and API’s developed to be deployed for Synergy enhancement, support to Development in testing the backend and frontend of the App.

4. Thomson Reuters - Smart Client (2015) – As part of Global Wealth and Investment Management, Thomson Reuters supported Market Data and Smart Client Apps are being tested to make sure the concurrent flow of current Market Values and Statistics are reflected for all Multi-National Companies taking the value from the live Trade in 130+ apps in the different workstation supported for Merrill Lynch and Bank Of America’s Net worthy Clients and their Financial Advisors.

Responsibility: Manual but Speedy Testing on all the Thomson Reuters supported apps on Wealth Management Workstations, Read the statistics, Collate with the Market Flow and Traders Demand and send the report, test the Smart Clients MSI’s released by Thomson integrated with DF.

5. Bank Of America Global Financial Workstations (2014 – 2015) : Different flavors of Desktop Framework supporting multiple Global, BOA Domain, Operational and Financial Workstations like Patriot_Band, RBCC-Band, USTrust, GWIMSN-Band, FAC-Band and FSA-Band which are used to manage Retail banking consumers, financers and income globally from any place worldwide independent of person being the member of Bank.

Responsibility: Auto IT Automation for developing Smoke and Regression test depending on the LOB and Business Requirement details, Manual Testing for Current Target Fixes and Enhancements, Contacting Application Owners, get the requirement and support on development activities.
