MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

1. Only 850 membership tickets printed.

2. Draws will take place each month at the regular meeting of theRotary Club of St. John’s Northwest, (usually the first Tuesday ofeach month at the Holiday Inn, Portugal Cove Rd., St. John’s) asindicated on the reverse side of this ticket (commencing July14th, 2014).

3. In addition to the monthly trip, five monthly cash prizes in theamount of $150 each will be awarded. Total of 6 monthly prizes.

4. All winners will be notified after each draw and the Trip of theMonth winner each month may:

Take the trip as described - valid for 1 year -and receive $500.00 spending money .

OR Use a CWT / Harvey’s Travel Voucher to take an alternate trip - valid for 1 year - and receive $500.00 spending money.

OR Take cash equal to 85% of that trip’s Travel Voucher.

5. All winning trips or alternate travel plans will be arranged by CWT / Harvey’s Travel and may be subject to certain restrictions, booking requirements and availability.

6. The cash value of a trip may be adjusted. The cash value willbe based on actual retail value of the trip at the time of printing.

7. After each monthly draw, all winning tickets will be placed backin the drum and will be eligible to win in the remaining draws.
