Treasurers Report:

The Gambaros function was an outstanding suc-cess.

Overall gross receipts were $38,000, and NETT proceeds $16,727, with some funds still to come.

AG Rowan Luder :

Rowan has requested that we support In-terplast in our annual funds distr ibution.

Members are advised of the Changeover of Ipswich Club, when Paul Pisasle will be in-coming President. See Flyer.

Youth Exchange Programme Club Counsellor and Host Family training

Clubs about to host exchange students are reminded the next training session will be held

on Saturday 18th June, 1.30 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. Rotary House Wacol.

If counsellors or host families are new to their roles, you will learn how to make the youth exchange ex-perience as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.Those experienced counsellors and families are encour-

aged to attend to share their experiences and words of wisdom.

Counsellors for outbound students are also very welcome.

Meet the District Youth Exchange Committee, who are always available to assist.

Note that this training is required by government agencies, and is an integral element of your club’s ac-creditation to host exchange students.
