Rajesh Shah all the very best.

Year 2014 was over with very chilly winter, and many of us hoping that it would relent a little but i guess we have to remember 2014 with verrrrry cold winter.

Every year end is filled with joy and merriment with Christmas being celebrated at the end of the year.

The past year was witness to lot of tumultous event, some groundbreaking achievments, and very tragic disasters, from all over the world. letus hope that 2015 bodes well for each and every nationin the world.

Cold climate and infection are in tandem ,that's why consumption of spices is more during winter. we are very fortunate to have a great variety of spices growing indigenously. Remember history ,seafarers and traders had to brave unseen dangers to reach India famed for its spices in olden days. Cinnamon is a very popular spice because its used in almost all kinds of food be it savory sweet or spicy. many Medical benefits are attributed to cinnamon ,due to high magnesium content.

It controls blood sugar for diabetics, smell of cinnamon is good cure for winter blues , is used to cure depression, used as antinbacterial for stomach diorder , delays the effects of Alzheimerdiseaseand also effective

for cholosterol reduction. The best quality of cinnamon is found in Shri lanka. There are basically 2 varieties of cinnamon, cassia and ceylonese To get health benefits of cinnamon shri lankan cinnamon is good as it contains low level of coumarin, whereas the cassia cinnamon contains high couramin, which if consumed in excess can cause damage liver damage. you can read about it here http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/ceylon-cinnamon.html. plse note that cinnamon normally used is not genuine cinnamon.

A easy recipe for braving winter chill with cinnamon: ingredients curd : 1cup, wateras required, cooking oil : 2/3 cup, wheat flour:2cups, cinnmaon : 2tsp, jaggery : 2cups.

In this digital age, everything requires a password – Facebook, Banking, E-mail, etc. When there are so many passwords that we need, it’s easy to decide to go for something that’s easy to remember, then use it for everything. Sadly, hackers and online criminals know this fact and have been using this knowledge to steal personal information and even money.

A recent research performed by SplashData (an online-security company) collected data from various hacker groups and found the 25 worst passwords you can use, according to how often they appeared:

If your password is on this list - change it immediately!

25 Passwords You Should Never Use

#1 123456#2 password#3 12345#4 12345678#5 qwerty#6 1234567890#7 1234#8 baseball#9 dragon#10 football#11 1234567#12 monkey#13 letmein#14 abc123#15 111111#16 mustang#17 access#18 shadow#19 master#20 michael#21 superman#22 696969#23 123123#24 batman#25 trustno1

To protect your information, you'll need to have strong passwords, which contain both upper and lower-case letters, numbers and at least one special sign (like % or ), preferably in a random order. The advantage of strong passwords is also their weakness – they can be so complicated that we can’t remember them, but there are two ways to overcome this weakness:

1. Use a password manager

A password manager is a software that remembers your random passwords for you, and you’ll only need to remember one password - for the manager.

Two free options are KeePass and LastPass, or paid services like Dashlane and RoboForm.
