The industry’s most innovativesolution to big rough terraincrane maneuverability andtransportability!

• Revolutionary hydrostatic driveon a six-wheeled carrier forthe ultimate in job site mobility

• Unprecedented transportability

• Maneuverability redefined

• Over 45 tons (40.8 mt) of on-tire capacity

CALC–Outrigger beams extend to three different positions (retracted, intermediate, and fully extended) providing lifting capacitiesin confined areas

Revolutionary hydrostatic drive ona 6-wheel carrierNot only is this crane easy to get from jobsite to jobsite, it also has extraordinary creep control andjobsite maneuverability, thanks to its hydrostatic powered motors in each wheel. The smaller tires giveit an overall height that is ideal for hauling, along with its’ individual six-wheel hydrostatic drive, there isno crane in the world, any size, that can come close to the job site maneuverability and performanceof the RTC-80100 Series II.

On the job, the RTC-80100 Series II has outstanding on-tire capacity coupled with its long reach, maneuverability, incredible gradeability and low height make it truly an ideal solution for industrial sites.

Because of the innovative 6x6x6 hydrostatic drive/steer on each wheel, the turning

radius of the 30' 10" (9.4 m) long carrier is a remarkable 22' 3" (6.79 m).

Powerfulhydraulics• Removable auxil-

iary (rear) winchhas hydraulic quickdisconnects

• For greater produc-tivity and control, multiple pumphydraulic circuitallows simultaneousfunction

• Piston winch motorprovides smoothand precise hoisting

• Main and availableauxiliary winch areequally matched insize and perform-ance

• Provisions for thefuture installation ofthe auxiliary winchare standard

Swing-out doors provide exceptional accessto engine components.

Access is superb with strategically-locatedladders, steps, catwalks and CabWalk.

Operator cab features• Extra large windows throughout for

excellent visibility• Excellent ventilation via a large sliding

door, side and rear windows, and hingedroof window

• 6-way adjustable seat• Single or dual axis, pilot operated

controller mounted on armrest for outstanding operator comfort

• All gauges, switches, indicators, and controls are located in the operator’s forward line of sight

• All gauges and switches are backlit forexcellent visibility in low light conditions

• Integral rated capacity limiter aids operator in safe and efficient operation

• In cab comfort is maintained by the standard heater

• Available - Internal and external ratedcapacity limiter light bars

• Available - Integrated air conditioning utilizes the same ventillation outlets as the standard heating system

• Available - cab mounted warning lights

A-max modesThe exclusive A-max modes offer substantially increased capacities for in-close, maximum capacity picks, and provides the operator the capability to match the crane’s configuration to specific job site conditions.

• A-max1 - 95' (29 m): Inner and center sections are extended, offering maximum strength

• A-max2 - 122' 6" (37.34 m): Tip, outer and center sections are extended yielding maximum stability.

• The basic boom extension self-proportions all four sections equally

• Boom requires no greasing because of ingenious Teflon wear pucks impregnated in the full contact wear pads.

• Quick reeve boom head eliminates the need to remove the becket when it becomes necessary to change the reeving

• Three extends modes: A-max modes enhances both the structural and stability capability and fully synchronized for normal operation

• Available two-piece bi-folding lattice fly allows the tip section to be stored, thus enhancing the lifting performance when using the base section

• Four available fly options that feature three offset positions of 2°, 25°, and 45°

• No deducts for stowed attachments

Breakthroughtransportability• Unlike any other rough terrain crane in this class,

in less than an hour and without a helper crane, theRTC-80100 Series II is ready for transport.

• Unlike other big RT's, the tires do not need to beremoved for transport.

• Only the counterweights and outrigger boxes needto be removed to get the crane's vehicle width under10' (3.05 m).

• Because it is under 10' (3.05 m) wide and features alow overall height, the RTC-80100 Series II transportseasier than the competition.
