Ottavio BottecchiaIl primo agosto 1894 nasceva a Borgo San Martino di Colle Umberto, in provincia di Treviso, Ottavio Bottecchia.Fin da ragazzo Ottavio coltivava la sua passione partecipando a gare di ciclismo ed al termine della GrandeGuerra iniziò la sua carriera da ciclista. Molte le vittorie ed i piazzamenti che portarono il campione, nel 1923, ad arrivare secondo al Tour de France,ed a vincerlo conquistando la maglia gialla nei due anni successivi. Bottecchia è stato il primo italiano a vincere la prestigiosa competizione francese ed il primo corridore nellastoria del Tour ad aver indossato la maglia gialla dalla prima all’ultima tappa.

Ottavio Bottecchia was born on 1st August 1894 in Borgo San Martino di Colle Umberto, near Treviso. Since whenhe was a young boy, Ottavio cultivated his passion participating in races and at the end of the First World War hebegan his career as cyclist.A lot of victories and good positioning brought the champion to second place at the Tour de France in 1923, andto the first place at the Tour for the next two years, conquering the yellow jersey. Bottecchia has been the first Italian to win the prestigious french competition and the first cyclist in the historyof the Tour who has won the yellow jersey from the first to the last stage.

Li-Polimer 36V 14AhGrande restyling per la BE3, il modello top della gamma di bicielettriche Bottecchia. La parte ciclistica è strutturata per offrire ilmassimo comfort in tutte le situazioni, grazie alla geometriacomoda per la salita e discesa, alla forcella ammortizzata di ottimaqualità ed a tutte le componenti di ottimo livello. La parte elettrica,basata sul sistema a sensore di pedalata, è abilmente integrata epermette un uso molto semplice del veicolo, con la distribuzioneottimale dei pesi, conferendo un bilanciamento ideale tale dapoter usare tranquillamente la bici anche in assenza della assistenzaelettrica. La batteria a 36V e 14Ah, gestita dal computer LCD postosul manubrio, è molto efficace e resistente ed assicura un’ottimaautonomia che può arrivare sino a 70 Km.

The cycling part assures a great comfort inevery situation, thanks to the comfortable geometry for the uphilland the downhill, to the high quality shock absorber fork and to allthe high quality components. The electric part, based on the pedalssensor system, is good integrated and allows a simple use of thevehicle, with an excellent distribution of the weight that is good forthe global balance, making possible the use of the bike also withoutelectric charge. 36V, 14Ah battery, managed by the LCD on the han-dlebar, it is really capacious and assures an excellent autonomyuntil 70 km.

The new offer of Bottecchia BeGreen is the evolution of the BE2 model. Compared to the original, it stands out for the smart batteryon the carrier but, above all, for the new Li-Fe PO4 technology, that offers 1500 recharges, ensuring a battery life of 5 years with awarranty of 12 months. The BE5 has a system of electrical assistance by the pedals sensor.
