Our ProposalThis proposal has been significantly informed by the ambitions and commentary of the Bury Schools Partnership (BSP).

The National Education Trust (NET) puts forward this proposal, rooted in a sustained working partnership with local headteachers (special, primary and secondary).

Our VisionThe educational vision and school’s daily practice will have local, national and international dimensions, providing an excellent education of which local families will be very proud. The ethos, culture and values of the school will recognise the town’s civic traditions and its vital Christian traditions. Values-added will be as important as value-added.

Our Capacity As A SponsorProven track record on raising standards

"A range of effective external support has been provided by the sponsors, including in reorganising staffing, staff training, leadership coaching and visits to outstanding providers. The impact is evident in the improvements in the procedures for the recruitment and performance management of staff, self-evaluation, the environment for learning, and the curriculum." Ofsted, June 2013.
