NOTE: The report has not been reviewed for technical deficiencies and reported expenses were not evaluated based on the Industry Standard.

At the discretion of the Ministry, the assessment work performed on the mining lands noted in this work report may be subject to inspection and/or investigation at any time.

Although this submission has been deemed approved, the file was reviewed for technical content and we'd like to bring several points to your attention.

Section 65(2) of the Mining Act states that a mining claim holder shall file a report in the prescribed form of the assessment work done for the purpose of complying with the annual units of assessment work requirements of mining claims. Subsection 6(1) of the Assessment Work Regulation identifies the prescribed form to include:a) duplicate technical work reports,b) prescribed form (Declaration of Assesment Work form) andc) a statement of costs.

Section 10 of the Assessment Work Regulation (Physical Work), summarizes the technical information that is required when submitting work under that section. The section requires that a report be submitted and detailed maps of all workings. The information that was provided in this submission only briefly describes the nature of the rocks and mineralization exposed and provides the assay certificates. The information relating to the type of equipment used, the hours and dates that the equipment was used and the rates of all persons working on the property is not included in the technical report and will need to be included for all future submissions. Without the required technical information in these reports being provided, these future submissions will be deficient.

Several examples of acceptable physical work formats have been brought to your attention in the past and several discussions have taken place between yourself, me and the staff of the Geoscience Assessment Office. The Geoscience Assessment Office has issued several 45 day notices with similar deficiencies in the past resulting in a slight improvement in the quality of your submissions being received by the Ministry. The
