    6. (a) Consider a speech signal with maximum frequency of 3.4KHz and maximumamplitude of 1 volt. This speech signal is applied to a delta modulator whosebit rate is set at 20 kilobits/sec. Discuss the choice of an appropriate step sizefor the modulator.
