The NRC maintains two contingency locations.

This is in the event that the primary location at CGHQ is compromised by natural or manmade incidents.

� You may try to retrieve the data by going to www.nrc.uscg.mil and reviewing the yearly NRC exported spreadsheets. This information is updated weekly. The online spreadsheets contain all the information the NRC will release via the FOIA process and excludes security related reports.

� If you cannot locate the information that you are looking for or believe that the report is protected by the Privacy Act, you may submit a Freedom of Information Act request in writing to the following address:
