RSECO (AS PER MAK) STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

1. The Modules are warranted for a period of one (1) year plus one month from

the Manufacturing Date against power degradation in excess of 4% for Mono-

crystalline Modules and % for poly-crystalline Modules! of the nominal poweras set out in the product"s name plate measured under #T$ condition. f the

power degradation excesses this! pro&ided that such loss in power is

determined 'y #$* (as per M+,) pumps to 'e due to faulty wormanship

of the Module when the Module was installed and used properly under normal

conditions. Then #$* (as per Ma) pumps will! at its sole option! either

repair! replace or pro&ide additional modules to mae up for such loss in

power (if #$* (as per Ma) pumps considers necessary).. The Modules are warranted for a period of two () to ten (1/) years plus one

month from the Manufacturing Date against power degradation in excess of 

/.0%! which means the power of n2 year will 'e no less then3 5%-/.0%6 (n-

1) for Mono ( ≤ n ≤   1/). f the power degradation excesses this!

pro&ided that such loss in power is determined 'y #$* (as per M+,) pumps

to 'e due to faulty wormanship of the Module when the Module was installed

and used properly under normal conditions! then #$* (as per M+,) pumps

will! at its sole option! either repair! replace or pro&ide additional Modules to

mae up for such loss in power (if #$* (as per Ma) considers necessary).. The Modules are warranted for the end of ten (1/) years plus one month from

Manufacturing Date against power degradation in excess of /% of the

normal power as set out in the 7roducts nameplate measured under #T$

condition. f the power degradation excesses this pro&ided that such loss in

power is determined 'y #$* (as per M+,) pumps to 'e due to faulty

wormanship of the Module when the Module was installed and used properly

under normal conditions! then #$* (as per M+,) pumps will! at its sole

option! either repair! replace or pro&ide additional Modules to mae up for

such loss in power (if #$* (as per Ma) pumps considers necessary).#T$ are as follows3 (a) light spectrum of +M 1.8! (') an irradiation of 1!///9

per m and (c) a cell temperature of 8o$ degree centigrade. The

measurements are carried out in accordance with $ 5118 as tested at the

 :unction 'ox terminals as per the cali'ration and testing standards of #$*

(as per M+,) pumps (&alid at the date of manufacture of the Modules).

Choice of Law

 This warranty shall 'e exclusi&ely go&erned 'y and constructed under the

laws of slamic epu'lic of 7aistan.
