Particularly suitable for all students,the residence is also open to youngpeople following a course of training(trainees, holders of professional deve-lopment contracts, apprentices).The residence is comprised of 178 fit-ted studio apartments (of surface area20 m², 25 m² and 30 m²).The characteristics of our propertiesmay confer an entitlement to personalhousing benefit (APL). The residence is served by the follo-wing:- the “Corol” bus service, Boutarie stop,- the “Flexo 40” service, Boutarie stop,- the n°3 bus service, Dallas C.R.I. stop.

These bus stops are close to the resi-dence.Students are:- approximately 10/15 minutes by bus(Corol service) from the universitycampus (Faculty of Sciences-Law-Humanities-Sports Science-IUT-Agronomic Sciences, etc.) and theUniversity Hospital Centre (NursingTraining School, School of Midwifery,etc.),

- 10 minutes by bus (Flexo 40 service)from the Ecole de Commerce businessschool (ESC),- 20 minutes (n°3 service) from Dijontown centre and 25 minutes from thestation (direct line).

Description of studio apartmentsEach studio apartment is provided with an external landingdoor, with a three-point lock for your security, opening intoa hallway which leads to the following:- the kitchen area (stainless steel sink, two electric rings,refrigerator, cupboard, extractor, tiled walls), - the bathroom (pedestal-mounted wash basin, bath withmixer tap, WC, controlled mechanical ventilation system), - the main room, provided with one or two windows to theexterior.

Exterior light is blocked out by shutters.

Apartments are provided with individual electric hot waterand heating systems.

Each studio apartment is provided with a panel-mountedelectrical installation, with power sockets, globe lightfittings and individual metering, a TV socket and atelephone socket.

As an indication of energy consumption performance, theresidence has a category D rating.

Furnishings included with each studio apartment are asfollows:- a solid beech bed (200 cm long and 90 cm wide) withslatted base and mattress,- one laminated tray table,- two solid beech chairs,- one fitted wardrobe.

Studio apartments are designed to permit the access andturning of a wheelchair for disabled persons.

Description of collective facilitiesThe residence has a reception office.

Various facilities are available to residents, in order toassist with everyday living: - two lifts,- a secure bike store,- a laundry, with washer and dryer,- a telephone point,- WIFI*,- free exterior or underground car parking, subject to thelimit of available spaces.

A caretaker is responsible for security at night time andweekends, and is available in case of emergencies.

The full services of the O.S.E. students’ association areavailable during the opening hours of the residencereception office (discount vouchers for numerous brandsand major outlets: FNAC, Darty, Castorama, Alpe d’Huez skipackages, etc.).

Description of services• The rent includes:

- Water charges for the studio apartment,- Electricity and water charges for communal areas,- Maintenance charges for lifts and the controlledmechanical ventilation system, security equipment andother communal equipment in the residence.

• The resident is directly responsible for the following:

- Personal electricity charges and ERDF subscription costs,- Tenancy repairs, as defined by decree nº 87-712 of 26thAugust 1987,

- Purchase of chip cards for the use of the washer and dryer,- Residential taxes and charges,- Annual contribution to the O.N.L.E. association (for theprovision of furniture and collective facilities),

- Personal tenant’s insurance (subscription possible at thereception office),

- WIFI charges,- Administrative costs payable upon the signature of thelease, except in case of settlement by instalments.

The amount of administrative costs will vary, dependingupon your membership or otherwise of a partnerorganization and the method selected for the payment ofrent:- Partner organization member, with €50 deduction- Partner organization member, with €80 deduction- Non-partner organization member, with €120 deduction- Non-partner organization member, without €160deduction
