Computer access

Keep connected by surfing the internet, browsing social media, sending emails, watching online videos,

studying and instant messaging. Supporting a full range of access means, our range has been selected

Environmental control

Limited mobility can make it difficult to live independently, but environmental controls allow the

user to take charge of their surroundings. Close curtains, switch lights on and off, control

entertainment systems, answer calls, open and close doors, all with the flick of a switch, blink of an eye or

CASE studies

I was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) at the age of 34. Within one year, I had lost the use of both my hands and my speech had begun to deteriorate rapidly.

As my condition became more aggressive, I began to investigate alternative communication methods and came across Tobii’s Eye Gaze technology.

I arranged to trial the Tobii PCEye with RSLSteeper and, despite being dubious that I would be able to do everything with my eyes, I’ve found that I can and it’s so much faster.

My condition meant that I had become dependent on other people, but Eye Gaze gave me that independence back. Life is good.
