Control System The system is enterely based on MOTION CONTROLLER, to operate under maximum reliability conditions. The control enables the interpolation of 3+2 axis: • Axis 1 to drive and control the lateral movement of the lower carriage sliding on rails

and hortogonal w.r.t. the annealing lehr centre line. • Axis 2 to drive and control the twist & push movements of the intermediate linkage of

shafts and levers. • Axis 3 to drive and control the upward and downward movements of the upper bar

holding carriage. • Axis 4&5 to control the linear (forward-backward) and the vertical (up-down)

adjustment of the stabilizer bar unit.
