• Style your document (research and draw inspiration: Pinterest, YouTube)• Use CAPITAL LETTERS, underlining, bold, italics & indentations to help emphasize and draw

attention to important information• Be consistent and clear within sections• Easy to read font, 12 pt. normal, 10 pt. smallest

• Keep in mind the idea of “quality over quantity” and select only those experiences which strongly support your candidacy for a particular position

• May be helpful to keep a multipage master résumé, which documents all of your experiences• You can save different one page versions of your résumé targeted at particular positions

• Employers searching for online résumés typically use keyword search programs to find résumés of interest. Use as many of these words that accurately describe your qualifications.
