As the temp increases, R T increases which decreases the current flowing through it. Hence current through R 2 decreases which reduces the voltage drop across it. Voltage R 2 is the voltage b/n base and ground . So V BE reduces which increases I B. It means, when I CBO increases with increases in temp, IB reduces due to reduction in V BE maintaing I C fairy constant.
