INTRODUCTIONTHE PROJECT RTO IS AN ADVANCED RTO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WHICH IS DESIGNED KEEPING IN VIEW TO MAKE THE EXISTING REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE SYSTEM EASIER AND FASTER. IT INCLUDES THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE PROCEDURE STARTING FROM THE INITIAL PHASE OF ENTERING TILL THE RESULTS. IT IS MORE RELIABLE, ACCURATE, TIME SAVING AND FREE FROM ANY MISUSE.THIS PROJECT IS VERY USEFULL. THIS PROJECT HAS FACILITY TO CREATE LICENCE CARD, ASSIGN LICENCE ID. THE PROJECT IS STAND-ALONE APPLICATION CREATED WITH THE CONCEPTS OF ADO, VB REPORTS, MS.ACCESS AS DATABASE.AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

THE MAIN AIM AND OBJECTIVE TO DEVELOP THIS PROJECT IS TO COMPUTERISE ENTIRE WORK OF REGISTRATION CARD AND TO INCREASE THE WORK EFFICIENCY BY PROPER RECORD MAINTAINANCE AND ACCURATE RESULT.IT WILL

PROVIDE REGISTRATION CARD.

PROVIDE LICENCE ID.

INFORMATION ABOUT VARIOUS STATES.

FASTER PROCESSING TO CREATE LICENCE.

ANALYSIS All vehicle papers should be validA fee of Rs.35 is to be paid - Rs.15 as test fee and Rs.20 as registration fee. Please note that the cost of fees is subject to change as per the government rules. From a number of 12 inspectors you will be assigned to any one of them. After he verifies and signs the papers of all the people assigned to him, you will be called to take the test by turns. If you pass the test then the signature of the superior inspector is required and the Registration is issued. However, if you fail the test, then you can retake the test after 15 days. Also make sure that you are BETWEEN 24 hours.

In a Visual Basic application FORM is a top level object an every application starts with the FORM. FORM has built in functionality i.e. always available without any programming efforts on our parts. You can move a FORM around, Resize it, and even cover it with other forms. Here are some of the Form Modules which we will be using.

our developed application project provide to fast getting registration & INSURANCE. There is no data duplication.it is completely perfect. It is not a Time consuming process and it suits every person. so BE THE increased efficiency, accuracy & reliability occurred while operating the project.
