RU-tv Stories

What is your role at RU-tv? I am the Segment Producer and Host for Word on the Street. I write out the scripts and interview questions. I also assist with editing segments and making sure they are approved for air.

Why did you choose to work at RU-tv? I chose to work at RU-tv because I want to strengthen my journalism skills and become a stronger reporter and writer.

Why did you choose to come to Rutgers? I chose to come to Rutgers because it is very diverse - I enjoy getting to know people from different cultures and religions. A cultured person will always be a stronger journalist.

What do you hope to do after you graduate? After graduation, I hope to become an on-air reporter and share the stories of people around the world.

How will your work at RU-tv help you in the future? My work at RU-tv will help me become a more skilled journalist and will equip me for the many obstacles I will likely face in my lifetime.

What is your favorite part about working at RU-tv? My favorite part about working at RU-tv is the ability to go out and do what we all enjoy, as well as work with the best staff. Everyone is so dedicated and its great working with such motivating individuals.
