Range of ParticulateEliminationFluid conditioning hygienic seals provide the most comprehensive range of stain-less steel mesh and filter cloth whichprovide for particulate elimination toprotect fill and finish sterile products. As illustrated, you can see a progres-sive particulate elimination utilizing 10, 20, 40, 60 and 100 mesh screens.
We are also able to provide hygienicseals which will allow you to removeyour screen disc, accept an orificeplate disc or membrane of choice, providing the membrane thicknessdoes not exceed .032 inches.
Sock designs are also available. Sock designs are inserted into the I.D. of your stainless steel tubing and provide filtration when a greater soil burden is present.
Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your special needs and thoughts as it pertains to yourfluid conditioning program.
Photography presented here is actualsize pertaining to 10, 20, 40, 60 and100 mesh sizes. For full product avail-ability, refer to the Fluid ConditioningReference Chart on the back page.Screen construction is Dutch Twillweave for maximum strength andminimum pressure drop. Perforated.033 seals are also available.
If elimination of particulates are critical to the CGMP in your injectablefilled product, chromatography, columns, upstream particulate removal, downstream, filtration, as a reassurance, consider Rubber Fab Technologies Group’s FluidConditioning technology.
