“Vulkanizacija Pasarić” since 1990 produces reinforced rubber hose. We have an important role as a manufacturer of rubber reinforced hoses in Croatia, also one part of our production is for export.

Wide range of out products are ready to offer various solutions when rubber and silicone hoses are required. Most of our products are custom made and therefore we perfected the manufacturing process that allows us to approach every product with the most attention. Based on this, we have quality certificate ISO 9001

In our production program which is constantly developing and expanding use materials which are of high quality and exclu-sively intended to meet the demand and need of the product itself. Materials used in our production are: NR, SBR, BR, NBR, CR, EPDM and SILICONE.

NR- natural rubber

Natural caoutchouc is a highly isoprene elastomer , which is derived from natural latex. On market occurs under various trade names such as: Crepes , Smoked Sheets , SMR , SIR , etc.

Properties: characterized by high elasticity , good impact resistance, slight permanent deformation under the influence of pres-sure, good stability at low temperatures , resistance to swelling and abrasion .Resistance to acids, bases low concentrations, alcohol and water. Strong swells in mineral oils and greases, fuels, chlorinated hydrocarbons, as well as plant, animal oils and fats .

Application temperature: -50 to +80 ° C

Hardness range: 30-100 Sh

Application: for making shock absorber metal elements , background , diaphragms, bellows , valves, plugs , connectors vari-ous sealants and many other products that require the aforementioned properties.

SBR synthetic rubber

Styrene - butadiene is similar to natural rubber elastomer obtained by the polymerization of styrene and butadiene .. The mar-ket appears under various trade names such as: Buna Hulse , Europren , Krylene , Cariflex , ASRC , Solopren , Philpren etc.

Properties: elasticity and permanent deformation under the effect of pressure are somewhat weaker than those of natural rub-ber , while aging, heat resistance and oil resistance based on alcohol (ATE oil ).Keep good mechanical properties at low and high temperatures. It has good resistance to organic and inorganic acids and bases , as well as water. Strong swells in mineral oils and greases, fuels, chlorinated hydrocarbons, as well as plant, animal oils and fats .

Application temperature: -50 to +100 ° C

Hardness: 30-90 Sh

Application: with some deviations (elasticity and permanent deformation under the effect of pressure ) is applied to produce rubber products such as caoutchouc. Has big application in the auto industry as well as in making rubber soles .

Acrylonitrile - Butadein elastomer - NBR

Acrylonitrile - butadiene elastomer is polymerisate butadeina and acrylonitrile obtained synthetically , where acrylonitrile content can be from 18 % to 50 % . Occurs on the market under different trade names , such as : Perbunan N , N Polysar , Butokan , Hycar , Chemigum , Breon , Europren n, Elaprim , JSR- n, Butacril , Krynac etc.

Properties: No features are so good elasticity as natural rubber, but because it has good gas tightness , resistance to deforma-tion under pressure , resistance to aging and fatigue , high abrasion resistance , good antistatic properties , flexibility at low temperatures and good heat resistance . It has good resistance to swelling in aliphatic hydrocarbons such as propane, butane and gasoline , mineral oils and greases , acids and bases, but not a high concentration and temperature , and oils and fats of vegetable and animal origin .

Application temperature: -30 to +100 ° C, short term up to +150 ° C. Special compounds can be used at -55 ° C

Hardness: 30-95 Sh

Application: The largest application in the auto industry to produce oil- seals , " O" seal , cuff, various seals , hoses, bellows , diaphragms and all other products requiring resistance to swelling in oils .

Chloroprene elastomer - CR

Chloroprene elastomer is polymerisate based chlorinated butadiene derived by synthetic way. On market occurs under various trade names such as Neoprene , Butaclor , Denka Chloropren etc.

Properties: It has good resistance to weather and ozone, sea water, ageing, inert, good flexibility at low and high tempera-tures, good tensile strength and elasticity and excellent gas tightness . It has good resistance to swelling in mineral oils with high aniline point, silicone oils and fats, alcohol and glycol . Secondary resistance is the swelling of low-molecular aliphatic hydrocarbons like gasoline and isooctane . Strong swells in aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene and toluene, chlorinated hydrocarbons . Esters, ethers and ketones .

Application temperature: -45 to +100 ° C, short term up to +140 ° C.

Hardness: 30-95 Sh

Application: in making a variety of seals , bellows , blades , brushes and air conditioning, gas pipes, exhaust gas engines

Ethylene - Propylene-Diene Elastomer EPDM Ethylene - propylene -diene elastomer is synthetically derived polymerisate of ethylene, propylene and a small portion of one diena.Na market occurs under various trade names . Such as Dutral , Visatlon etc.

Properties: have excellent resistance to aging , impact resistance to weather and ozone. Great at low and high temperatures , and excellent resistance to electrical penetration . It has good resistance to swelling in hot water and steam, oxidizing media, bases and acids , polar organic media , ketones and oils based alcohol. High swelling in aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons .

Application temperature: -50 to +130 ° C.

Hardness: 45-95 Sh

Application: for making movable pulleys , gaskets, bellows , pipes and machines for washing and drying machine and dishwasher , radiator gaskets , cables , pipes of the cooling system in automobiles, and many other molded products requiring high impact resistance to weather and ozone.

Silicone elastomer ( Si)

Silicone elastomer is where the chemical structure different from so far these elastomer . With all the usual types of elastomers represent CC- chain basic chemical skeleton , while the silicone- like skeleton should be chain -Si -O- Si- . The market appears under various trade names . Such as Silicon , Silopren , Silastic , Blensil etc

Properties: It is characterized by excellent stability at low and high temperatures , excellent resistance to aging and good resistance to electrical penetration . Mechanical properties like tensile strength and deformation under the effect of pressure are slightly lower than other types elastomer. Resistance to swelling in oils in most cases is equal to that of chloroprene elastomers . According to the motor and gear oils, aliphatic species in general is resistant , versus naphthenic and aromatic oils in which very swells in low- ethers and esters , concentrated acids and bases, and water and steam at temperatures higher than 100 ° C. It is highly resistant to weather and the impact of ozone. Physiologically inert material without taste and smell

Application temperature: -60 to +200 ° C, short term up to +230 ° C. There are special blends that retain their mechanical properties at -100 and at + 315 ° C.

Hardness: 30-90 Sh

Application: for making various seals , "O" seals , oil- seals , connecting parts for cookers , irons and TV appliances, duct , pipe turbine in cars, trucks , electrically insulating parts, and various shaped articles in which the basic requirement is excellent resistance to low and high temperature . A special application has in medicine and pharmacy .

Suction and discharge hose for water

Rubber suction and discharge hose for use in irrigation, flushing, flow rate in the industry for sanitation and wastewater.

Made of SBR / NR rubber resistant to various compounds in waste water, UV rays, and wear resistance during manipulation.

Textile reinforcement ensures safe and easy to work with pipes, suction variant with a steel coil which has the task of maintaining a constant internal diameter and flexibility even in the toughest conditions.

Suction hoses are manufactured with soft ends for easy montage various cou-plings.

EPDM suction and discharge hose

Rubber suction / discharge pipes to manipulate the food produces. Such as potable water, hot water oil, cereals, milk and other fluids in the food industry.

Chemical produces. Such as acids, alkalis, solvents and other liquids and solids in the chemical industry.

Automotive industry: hot water, glycol, antifreeze....

Made of EPDM rubber (FDA standards for use in food industry), rein-forced with textile plies, suction variant with a steel coil which has the task of maintaining a constant internal diameter even in the toughest conditions.

Depending on the need tubes are produced in a variety of colors: black gray, white, blue, green.


Possible installation of various couplings (Storz, Perot…) with galvanized wire or stainless steel strip.

Petroli and oil suction/discharge hose

Rubber suction and discharge hose for handling petroleum, oil and gasoline.

Made of synthetic rubber resistant to oil and oil products, the outer layer of UV-resistant and impact of petroleum products.

The tubes are reinforced with high-strength synthetic fiber which en-sures a safe and long-lasting operation.

Static wire that is twice placed in the tube itself and serves to drain static electricity.

Abrasion resistant hoses

Rubber suction and discharge hose for use in construction, mining, (deep drilling), silos and other industries where it is manipulated with abrasive materials.

Dredge hose

Rubber suction and discharge hose are typically used on floating exca-vators for dredging gravel, mud and clay sediments from rivers, lakes, seas or for cement, concrete, etc.

Made of synthetic rubber highly resistant to mechanical wear to the in-ner and outer layers. Outer layer resistant to UV rays.

Pipes are repeatedly reinforced with synthetic cord fabric of high strength, which ensures a safe and long-lasting hose life.

The tubes are specifically designed for very heavy duty, and therefore come in several versions:

Made of synthetic or silicone rubber resistant to temperature, coolant, hot air and oil. Outer layer resistant to UV, oil and ozone conditions pre-vailing in internal combustion engine.

The tubes are reinforced with synthetic canvas on request with steel wire reinforcement such ensure safe and long working hose life.
