Tensile Members - Special Tracking Construction

l Fiberglass cord with alternate S&Z twist is standard. For right or left hand tracking characteristics, S-Twist or Z-Twist construction is available.

l All Special Compounds for Standard Timing and HTB® are fully-molded (not glued-on) layers. Compounds are homogeneously vulcanized with belt body ensuring uniform structure and maximum adhesion. l Dual-Durometer constructions cannot be made to the standard belt thickness; they must have a minimum of 1/16" of extra backing. l Class 1 Grinding Thickness Capability ± .005"

l Many special constructions for Standard Timing and HTB® are available from stock. They are generally available 3 weeks after receipt of order and often in less time.

From this sleeve stock, we can cut to conventional industry standard dimensions. Or, if you need special non-stock belt widths, we can quickly measure and execute your exact request - this can include custom branding or part numbers.
