RESULTS

Insect production with local by-products (Cambodia)

Crickets fed with cassava leaf flour produce

crickets with higher protein content

Impact of cooking methods on the microbiological

content of mealworms

Fresh mealworms could not be consumed but

2 minutes of boiling ensure product

harmless

Sensory studies with insect-based products

People like crispy texture with know flavor (e.g.

paprika or chocolate)
