RESERVATION:

ALLOTMENT:After receipt of the application and booking money, DOREEN DEVELOPMENTS LTD. Will issue an allotment letter and payment

er the schedule of payment as per the schedule of payment.

ALLOTMENT TRANSFER:Until full payments of all instilments are made possession obtained, the buyer shall not transfer and/or sell the unit allotted to

him/her to a third party.

MODE OF PAYMENT:All payments shall be made by Crossed Claques, Bank Draft or pay order to DOREEN DEVELOPMENTS LTD. against which

will not take responsibility for any cash payment made. Foreigners and Non-Resident

Bangladeshi (NRB) may pay in foreign currency through their respective Banks. Conversion into Taka will be done at the prevailing

Bangladesh Bank Exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT:ure timely completion of the construction work. Delay in

payments beyond the due date will make the allottee liable to pay a change of 3% per month of the amount of payment delayed.

CANCELLATION OF ALLOTMENT:In case of surrender / cancellation of allotment by the purchaser or nonpayment of installments beyond 3 (three) months the

company shall have the right to cancel the allotment. In such an event, the amount deposited with the company will be refunded

after deducting 4.5% of the total agreed value of the unit from the client, and after the completion of resale of the unit in question.

DOCUMENTATION CHARGE AND GOVT. TAXES:

INCIDENTAL COSTS:Connection fees, security deposits and incidental expenses/charges relating to gas, water sewerage, power connections are not

included in the price of the commercial space, All the expenses incurred by the Company on these accounts shall be reimbursed

by the buyers to the Company proportionate to their shares of the total costs incurred for utilities connections by the developer.
