7th ANNUAL WOMEN IN BANKING CONFERENCE Knowledge, Power, Mentorship

Wednesday, April 5, 2017 The Palace at Somerset Park, Somerset, NJ

Own your future!

The 7th annual Women in Banking Conference is your opportunity to unlock your potential, build confidence and help you chart a course so you can own your future!

This conference, where women take the lead, encourages professional development and leadership in your bank while also promoting the importance of fostering relationships and inspiring women to reach their career goals and aspirations. Our powerhouse speakers will help you advance your decision making and negotiating processes and teach you how to deliver and apply these insights to benefit your future and your financial institution’s future.

Thought leader Marie Forleo said that “Clarity comes from engagement, not from thinking about it”. Don’t just think about how to be successful. Join us at the Women in Banking Conference and engage in this opportunity for the development of your future success!

Our Keynote Speaker, Holly Hoffman, will talk about never giving up. Developing a Culture of Leadership will be addressed by Cynthia Rowan and Susan Mach who direct the NJBankers Leadership Academy Emerging Leaders program. Tamara Jacobs will help attendees “be the brand”. Suzanne Stingo will discuss the use of social media. In addition, a panel of experts, led by Sally Glick, will show you that there are more ways to be an influencer besides playing golf!

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY: An opportunity for giving back to the community is as much a part of the conference as is the opportunity for professional development. This year, Prudence White, Chairwoman of Redeem-Her, will discuss their mission to successfully transition women who were recently released from prison, jail, or rehab to become valued and contributing members of society.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The Women in Banking Conference welcomes members of any financial institution or financial services provider interested in the enhancement and career growth of women in New Jersey.
