1. A candidate must

accomplish a self-

assessment guidebefore making

application for

assessment.

2. The candidate mustpay the required

Assessment fee before

being issued Admission

slip to undertake

assessment, in addition

to the other

requirements likepictures, ID card, etc.

3.The CoC shallmake sure that the

Assessment

package bereceived only by the

Accredited

Assessor.

4. The assessor

shall only admit for

assessment

candidates who areregistered with

valid ID card and

Registrationnumber.

5. Only candidates who signed the Competency

Assessment Agreement form and the AttendanceSheet shall be allowed to proceed with the

Assessment process.

6. The candidate is

briefed by the

Assessor, the DOs

and DONTs inside the

Assessment area.

7. The assessor shall conduct the assessment

according to the procedures indicated in theAssessment package.

shall see to it that

the candidate

follows correctly theinstructions in the

Candidates

Assessmentpackage.

9. In the Practical Test, a candidate must

accomplish all tasks/projects successfullyresulting in a product, service or decision

according to the Performance Criteria

indicated in the OS.

10. Interview questions

are made when theassessor is in doubt of

the underpinning

knowledge and skills ofthe candidate, during

practical assessment, in

terms of workprocedures, safety, and

use of equipment, tools

and materials.

11. The assessor must not

allow the candidate to goon the assessment

process if procedures are

missed or failures madewhich will definitely affect

the final outcome. Also, if

Safety is not properly

practiced, which willput to risk life and

property, Assessment is

terminated.

13. The Assessor shall

provide feedback to the

candidate on the result

of his assessment. This

must be done in a veryprofessional manner to

enable the candidate to

understand hisdeficiencies, especially

for those who are

observed as NOT YET

COMPETENT.

14. Summary results of

Assessment shall beaccomplished on the day of

the assessment. However,

in the case of the Businessoccupations, where most of

the assessment is done in

written form, the Assessorsshall do the corrections in

the CoC, under supervision

of the CoC.
