Run Agency Information Listing Report

(Generate Report in “DOLC” Company)

Description

Use this task to run the Agency information listing report. This report displays Agency information including address, timings and county.

Trigger

Perform this task when, as a vendor, there is a need to review Agency information.

Prerequisites

Agency information exists in the system.

Helpful Hints

The report can be run to display all Agencies, or for a specific Agency by number,

name or county.

Procedure

1. Begin this task by logging into the portal.

2. Click on the toolbar.

3. Click in the Vendor Portal panel.

4. Click to display the search parameters to run the Agency

information listing report.

6. Click to run the report for all Agencies.

Leave the Store number and County fields

2. Run the report

for a specific

Agency

Click in the Store Number field and select the

desired agency number from the drop-down list. In

this example, select “30140”.

The Store Number can also be entered

directly into the Store Number field.

3. Run the report

for Agencies in

a County

Click in the County field and select the

desired County from the drop-down list. In this

example, select “Belmont”.

The County can also be entered

directly into the County field.

7. Review the information displayed.

8. If you want to run this report for a specific store number, go to Step 9, to run for

stores in a specific county, go to Step 13, to exit this report, go to Step 17.

9. Click in the Store Number field and select the desired agency number from the

drop-down list. In this example, select “30140.”

The agency number can also be entered directly into the Store Number

field.

10.Click to display information for that specific Agency.

11.Review the displayed information.

12. If you want to run this report for stores in a specific county, go to Step 13, to exit

this report, go to Step 17.

13. Click in the County field and select the desired County from the drop-down

list. In this example, select “Belmont.”

The County can also be entered directly into the County field.

14.Click to run the report for all Agencies in Belmont county.

15.Review the information displayed.

16.Click any link in the Vendor Portal panel to perform another task.
