No Agenda Do not follow time schedule. Cannot arrive at common solution. Discussion is uncontrolled, Roberts Rules. War stories get started. Poor definition of objective. Participants not prepared.

Managing a DisturbanceManaging a Disturbance

Deflect conservation's to after the meeting. If the conservation is not relevant it needs

to be cut off. Guest input should be kept to a minimum. Need to talk to participants who can’t get

off their soap box. Delay the discussion until later.
