In spite of the reduced land surface, Gran Canaria exhibits an authentic showcase of scenery, providing possibi-lities for one to appreciate the peculiari-ties of nature in the Micronesia and the wide variety of indigenous fl ora and fau-na to their visitors. This rich nature has contributed favourably to the fact that a great part of the geographical territory has been declared a Biosphere Reserve. Gran Canaria is the island with the most diverse settings in the Micronesia, as a result of the centralised positioning it has in relation to the Micronesia and the Archipielago of the Canary Islands.

The building dates from the 20`s and has an Art Nouveau style with strong infl uences and reminiscences of traditional architectu-re, resulting in a combination of attractive and welcoming. Originally it was the home of the steward of the estate. The house has recently been carefully restored, providing it with better quality equipment and furniture, reorganizing the spaces to improve condi-tions and at the same time offering comfort
