Rush Camera Equipment Rental Contract 1.    Names  NM  Rush  Soccer  Club,  Owner,  and                                                                      ,  Renter,  agree  to  the  following  rental.    2.    Equipment  Being  Rented    Owner  agrees  to  rent  to  Renter,  and  Renter  agrees  to  rent  from  Owner,  the  following  equipment:    Hi-­‐Rise  Camera  and  associated  accessories.        3.    Duration  of  Rental  Amount  The  rental  will  begin  at                                        on                                        and  will  end  at                                        on                                                    .    4.    Rental  Program  Amount(s)    

• The  rental  amount  is  $80  per  local  game.    *Club  provides  camera  operator.        

• The  rental  amount  is  $300  per  out  of  town  weekend  plus  $100  damage  deposit.    *Team  provides  camera  operator.      

 5.    Payment  Renter  has  paid  the  Owner  $                                                  to  cover  the  Rental  Period  specified  in  section  3.        6.    Security  Deposit    In  addition  to  the  rent,  Renter  has  deposited  $100.00  with  Owner.    This  deposit  will  be  applied  to  any  additional  and  any  amount  owed  for  damage  to  or  loss  of  the  Equipment,  which  Owner  and  Renter  agree  has  current  value  stated  in  Paragraph  9.    Owner  will  return  to  Renter  any  unused  portion  of  the  deposit.        7.    Delivery    NM  Rush  Soccer  Club,  6330  Riverside  Plaza  Suite  225,  Albuquerque,  NM  87120.        8.    Late  Return  If  Renter  returns  the  Equipment  to  the  Owner  after  the  time  and  date  the  rental  period  ends,  Renter  will  pay  Owners  a  rental  charge  of  $75.00  per  day  for  each  day  or  partial  day  beyond  the  end  of  the  rental  period  until  the  Equipment  is  returned.    Owner  may  subtract  these  charges  form  the  security  deposit.

9.  Damage  or  Loss    Renter  acknowledges  receiving  the  Equipment  in  good  condition,  except  as  follows:  ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________                                                                                                                                                                              Renter  will  return  the  Equipment  to  Owner  in  good  condition  except  as  noted  above.    If  the  Equipment  is  damaged  while  in  Renter’s  possession,  Renter  will  be  responsible  for  the  cost  of  repair  or  replacement,  up  to  the  current  value  of  the  Equipment.    If  the  Equipment  is  lost  while  in  Renter’s  possession,  Renter  will  pay  Owner  it  current  value.        10.    Value  of  Equipment  Owner  and  Renter  agree  that  the  current  value  of  the  Equipment  is  $2,600.00    11.    Entire  Agreement    This  is  the  entire  agreement  between  the  parties.    It  replaces  and  supersedes  any  and  all  oral  agreements  between  the  parties,  as  well  as  any  prior  writings.        12.    Successors  and  Assignees      This  agreement  binds  and  benefits  the  heirs,  successors,  and  assignees  of  the  parties.        13.    Notices  All  notices  must  be  in  writing.    A  notice  must  be  delivered  to  a  party  at  their  respective  address.

 14.    Governing  Law      This  agreement  will  be  governed  by  and  construed  in  accordance  with  the  laws  of  the  State  of  New  Mexico.        15.    Modification  Either  party  cannot  modify  this  agreement.
