This first class vessel received a face lift in 2019 with renovated public areas and brand new Balcony cabins (Junior Suites and 5 singles) gracing the Upper Deck! In 2020 the renovations continued with 40 middle deck twin cabins getting a full overhaul including new furniture, bedding, and new tiled bathrooms with separate showers. Most importantly, the Moonlight Sonata offers an artistic flair and excellent on board ambiance highlighted by an intensive cultural immersion into everything Russian, including lectures, dance lessons and evening shows performed in the ships theater! A young and vivacious crew is complemented by our own superb English speaking Cruise Directors and English speaking local guides throughout! Non-smok-ing interiors – on board currency the Russian Ruble and the Euro (for purchasing optional activities).

    Dear Partners in Travel,

As we slowly and cautiously return to the “new” normal I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of our cus-tomers, travel agents and partners for their patience and understanding as we continue to deal with the consequences of COVID-19. Having survived past epidem-ics and other calamities for 28 years, we choose to believe that this too shall pass and that travel, as an essential part of our lives, will return in all its glory! Therefore, in order to give our customers the peace of mind to consider traveling with us in 2021 we are implementing the following relaxed Terms & Conditions in the hope that we will earn your trust and support going forward.

    • Deposits: For all bookings in 2021 we are reducing our deposits from $250 per person to $110 per person (or $220 per couple as a nod to 2020).

    • Final payments: We are reducing the final payment deadlines from 120 days to 60 days prior to each departure – by which time we will all know if it is safe to travel.

    • Cancellation penalties: Waived for all cancellations received up to 61 days prior to travel.

    • For full Terms & Conditions please see our web site at: www.valueworldcruises.com
