Could be. It looks like HAARP was created to find oil and then they found out that they could cause earthquakes and

other crazy stuff.

supertankers. Ms. Laurent, also known as Ezili Danto of the Haitian Lawyers Leadership Network (HLLN), writes:

Well maybe HARP was used to massacre people who lived in HAITI just like HARP was used to create the TIDAL WAVE inIndonesia a day after Christmas.
