Re Rustam Islamov
I had a chance to work directly with Rustam for over two years in my previous (BP Drilling Fluids
Specialist) and current (WSL) roles on Dada Gorgud rig for BP in Baku Azerbaijan.
During this period Rustam has been working as DMC on the Dada Gorgud mobile semi-submersible
rig and I have found him honest, reliable and dedicated person to his job. As a valuable Team
Member, Rustam have all required team member capabilities and always demonstrated excellent
performance in terms of solving logistics issues.
His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop friendly and productive
working environment and good relationship between him and different team members on the rig.
He has carried out all his roles and responsibilities to a very high standard and we always relied on
Rustam on planning and managing of logistical issues in difficult situations.
I am sure Rustam will succeed in any challenge presented to him in future.
