• Data collected within the observational CT2 from previous projects available for modelling groups CT1, CT3, CT4 for implementation in the assimilation models and for evaluation in comparison with the coupled runs (www.naclim.eu):
1) Early 2013 THOR data transferred to NACLIM 2) Sept 2013: Updates of THOR data are online in NACLIM intranet
• THOR intranet /website will not be updated any longer: updates in NACLIM intranet only
• Data transfer between the different observational groups is mandatory
• Regular updates of datasets to be sent to [email protected]

For some observational sites real-time transfer of uncalibrated data via telemetry is available. Where access to these data is possible, links will be provided from the Data Service area of the NACLIM web site to specific databases or data centres

UHAM: We currently don’t post any of our data in real-time. The current data are held in our database.
MSS: We currently don’t post any of our data in real-time. The current meter data currently is held in our own database, but there are plans to deposit the QC’ed version in to the BODC datacentre soon.
MRI: Temperature in two coastal places in Iceland are in real time on Reykjavik SST : http://www.hafro.is/undir.php?REFID=11&ID=174&REF=2 Grimsey SST : http://www.hafro.is/undir.php?REFID=11&ID=224&REF=2 Underway data submission to Coriolis http://www.coriolis.eu.org is planned
GEOMAR: Real time data from the upper 1000m in the central Irminger Sea is available at http://www.eurosites.info/cis/data.php. The data can be downloaded in NetCDF format at: ftp://ftp.ifremer.fr/ifremer/oceansites/DATA/CIS
