We have reviewed the accompanying statement of una udited financial results ("the Statement") of LANDMARK PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CO MPANY LI MITED ("the Company"), for the quarter ended 30'h June, 2020 ("the Statement"), being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Company's Board of Directors, has beeri prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34 "Inte rim Financial Reporting" ("Ind AS 34"), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act,2013 , read with relevant rules issued thereun der and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based on our review. 3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410 'Review of Inte rim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity', issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to wh ether the Statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance tha n an aud it. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. 4. 1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of una udited financial results ("the Statement")of LANDMARK PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LI MITED ("the Com pany"), for the quarterended 30'h June, 2020 ("the Statement"), being submitted by the Company pursuant to therequirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015 , as amended.

2. Emphasis of Matter

5. We draw attention to Note 4 to the Statement , which describes the uncertainties and the impactof Covid-19 pandemic on the Company's opera tions, the recoverability of carrying amounts offinancial and non -financi al ass ets and management's evaluation of the futu re performance of thecompany. In view of the uncertain economic environment, a definiti ve assessment of the impacton the subsequent periods is dep end ent upon circumstances as they evolve.

Our conclusion is not mod ified in respect of this matter.

Other Matter

6. Attention is drawn to the fact that the figures for the th ree months ended 31st March. 2020 asreported in these unaudited financial results are the balancing figures between audited figures inrespect of the full previous financial year and the published year to date figures up to the thirdquarter of the previous financial year. The·figures up to the end of the third quarter of previousfinancial year had only been reviewed and not subjected to audit.

Our conclusion is not modified in respect of this matte r .
