In pursuance of C.G. letter no.EST /B/2-0 1/Kolkata Region dtd.6.2.20 18 thecompetent authority is hereby accorded permission for inclusion of Barabazar H.G.under the administrative control of North Kolkata Division (STS Status) owing tothe pre-requisite CSI Parameters, adhered to all Departmental formalities asfurnished below :-

(i). Lifting of 'Self· Unit' Status and inclusion of Barabazar H,G. under theadministrative control of SSPGs, North Kolkata Division.

(ii). Hence forth all the fresh/ new recruited staff will come under the purview oftransfer and posting policy to be controlled by the SSPGs, North Kolkata Division,while the erstwhile officials of Barabazar H.G. will be transferred and posted by theSr. P.M. Barabazar H.G. as those officials were appointed by the Chief P.M.Barabazar H.G. with the status of' Self Unit' .

(iii).. All the updated APAR files, Personal files of the newly recruited officials ofBarabazar H.O. are required to be handed over to the SSPGs, North KolkataDivision. Keeping in view the change of administrative hierarchy of Barabazar H.G.from Sr. P.M. Barabazar H.G. to SSPGs, North Kolkata Division.

(iv). The financial power already enjoyed by the Sr. Postmaster Barabazar H.G.needs to be continued.

(v).AS a consequence of lifting to 'Self Unit' status of Barabazar H.G. the statutorypower is proposed to be exercised in the manner as under ;

The Sr. Postmaster , Barabazar H.G. will continue to exercise the statutorypower in connection with disciplinary proceedings in respect of the Staffs ofBarabazar H.O. as per provision of Rule 11(i) to (iv) of CCS (CCA)Rules 1965 inforce-and the SSPOs, North Kolkata Division will act as a Divisional Authobtyasper provision of Rule-12 of CCS (CCA)Rules 1965 of the Staffs.

(vi). The willingness of the officials may be called for from- the existing official ofBarabazar H.G. forinclusion into Divisional transfer liability.
