SPEAKERS’ PROFILE

Mandy Yeoh (MBA(VU), CA(M), FCCA) Mandy has more than 10 years of working experience in audit and business consulting. She

particularly has expertise in capacity building, as well as finding the right synergy to scale up

social organisations and upskill social leaders. Mandy is an aspiring leader in promoting the

implementation of the skill-based volunteering initiative capable of making a significant positive

impact through delivering high-quality programmes. She also specialises in the curation of group

discussion facilitation and workshop working in Social Ecosystem.

Lew Sze How CA(M), FCCA, CMIIA, ACTIM, CFP, APCA Founder of Forreststone Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd

Trained as a Chartered Accountant, Lew has 27 years of experience from small to Big 4

professional firms, in commercial and manufacturing companies. He is also involved in numerous

corporate projects and IT implementations. He has never given up his passion in helping people in

need. Lew currently holds the position of Deputy Area Commander for Johor Bahru Area, has

been a member of St John Ambulance Malaysia since his teens and has spent 30 years as a first

responder. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous activities such as the inaugural

Highway Duty during Hari Raya and Chinese New Year, Sungai Kim Kim Chemical Disaster in

2019 and the evacuation of Hospital Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom, Kluang to make way for

COVID-19 patients in Johor.

Zikry Kholil Forbes 30 Under 30, Co-founder & CCO of Incitement

Zikry cofounded Incitement in late 2011, which started off as a movement aiming to transform

people's inspiration into tangible action steps towards their personal growth and helping

challenged communities. He has spoken at large international conferences such as PODIM,

Y.Elites, invited to WE Forum, Start:Up Ljubljana and Zagreb, TEDx events, and many more. He

currently sits on the Advisory Board of the SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award Malaysia

and is a member of the Grand Jury for the United Nations World Summit Award (WSA) since

2016. He was recently listed on the Top 100 World's Visionary Leader by Real-Leaders Magazine

this year.

Wong Wen Tak CA(M), FCA (UK) Managing Partner, Grant Thornton Johor Region

Wen Tak started his career with PwC London, in audit and assurance and subsequently, he

worked as a Senior Internal Auditor for G4S plc. In 2009, he joined his family practice –

M.S. Wong & Co, which he managed and oversaw a period of significant growth and capability

building until the firm merged with Grant Thornton Johor operations in 2018.

In his personal capacity, he is serving as an independent, non-executive director and Head of

Audit Committee in Gromutual Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.

He is also a member of the Young Professionals Working Group of Johor Region. He holds a

Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Management) from Oxford University and is an Approved

Company Auditor.
