STAMPING PROCESS
Our stamping process provide a massive production.
We have press machines with 45 Tons to 250 Tons. All of our
production lines have skill technicians and a preventive

INJECTION PROCESS
Injection process for plastic parts, with horizontal injection
machines of 100 Ton. and 150 Ton.

Assembly process is assembling plastic parts and stamping parts.
We have Poka-Yoke inspecting 100% of assembly parts.
INSPECTION PROCESS
We operate under a Standard Operation Sheet (HOE) providing the

molds and dies. We have a maintenance area with equipment and
qualified personnel.
