APRIL 3, 2016 DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY
God of everlasting mercy, who in the very recurrence of the paschal feast kindle the faith of the people you have made your own, increase, we pray, the grace you
have bestowed, that all may grasp and rightly understand in what font they
have been washed, by whose Spirit they have been reborn, by whose Blood they have been redeemed. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and
reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Stewardship Moment April 3, 2016 – 2nd Sunday of Easter “Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.’” (John 20:21) Peace – the first gift of the risen Lord. Just as Jesus sent the apostles out into the world to share His peace and Good News, so too, He sends us. As disci-
ples of Jesus, we are called to be grateful and generous. We should look for opportunities to share His peace with our brothers and sisters not only within our local parish bounda-ries, but outside of them as well. In giving, you will receive the peace of Christ.
Organizing a Bus Trip!
To attend the Ordination to the Priesthoodon June 4, 2016
For Robert J Keller & Patrick R. Parks at the Cathedral of St. Mary, Fargo, North Dakota.
If you are interested in attending and would like to join us in this day trip to Far-go for this joyous event, please contact the parish office.
Cost will depend on the number of occupants. To make it feasible, we need a minimum of 40 people at a cost of 44.00 each. The bus holds 56 people and should we fill, that would be 31.00 per person. (The cost will fluctuate depending exact numbers.) Deadline to reach the minimum goal is May 10th. Please do not delay!
Depart Harvey about 6 am to arrive at the Cathedral by 9:15. Currently planning for time allowed to stop at West Acres Mall in the afternoon, departing Fargo by 5-5:30 and return about 8:30 pm.

April Meeting Monday, April 4th, 2016 Rosary @ 6:45- Meeting to follow in Unit A of St. Aloisius Nursing Home
Dear Catholic Daughters, Christ is Risen, Alleluia! As we begin our Easter Season, may we all be mindful of being- “New creations in Christ!” And what better way for newnesss to spring forth, than with a new slate of officers for CDA. If you are asked, please consider being an officer. Believe me, it is a “rewarding” experience!
Our eight week book study was an enlightening way to spend Lent! Just ask the 7-8 faithful participants and they will tell you how they’ve been “Unleashed!”
Thank You, Thank You to the CDA members who took time to help out at the St. Patrick’s Day Party! God Bless you all!
Please remember our meeting this month is in the dining room of Unit A at the Nursing Home. We wanted to give our CDA members who are residents, an opportunity to attend a meeting. We will begin with Rosary as soon as the din-ing room is cleared, hopefully by 6:45. I plan to keep the meeting short so we can “socialize!” Just a reminder**Put the Catholic Daughter’s Parish breakfast on your calen-dars- April 10th- 9:30-12:30. Proceeds will be going to our Seminarians!
Our May meeting will be Monday the 2nd- we will be electing new officers at that meeting!
