3 The Era, The Banner, The Bradford Topic, The Georgina Advocate homefinder.ca Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 S Royal LePage York North Realty expands One of York Region’s most successful real estate franchises, Royal LePage York North Realty Ltd. in Newmarket, is opening a second location to accommodate the increased growth and development in the area. John Lusink, Bill and Andrew Wildeboer and Frank Gray, owners of Royal LePage York North at 17360 Yonge Street, announced this week they will expand the operation with a second office in the high-traffic 404 Town Centre, at the north-east corner of Davis Drive and Leslie Street. Target date for the official opening is in February. “Aside from the expansion and growth in Newmarket itself, outlying areas such as Sharon, Mount Albert, Queensville, Uxbridge and Georgina are all experiencing tremendous development and represent great opportunities for us,” said Mr. Lusink. “This location in a retail mall will provide the public with a conveniently located, state-of-the-art office staffed with this area’s most knowledgeable and successful realtors.” The 404 Town Centre office will be man- aged by longtime Mount Albert resident Tim Graham, a top-producing agent for more than 20 years, a President’s Gold Award-winner and a lifetime member of the company’s Award of Excellence club. “For now, Tim will be maintaining his role in the highly successful sales partnership with Lee Sitarz, as well as providing overall assistance to the sales force,” said Mr. Lusink. “The objective over the next year or so, is to have Tim reduce his sales role and become a full non-selling branch manager.” Mr. Lusink and his partners purchased Royal LePage York North Realty in 2007 and expanded operations from about 70 agents to almost 100 today. He said he expects that growth will continue with the establishment of the 404 Town Centre branch. “Because of our training systems and the Royal LePage reputation, we’re hopeful many experienced agents will see this as an opportunity.”
