productsatthedesignphase.TheWEEEDirectivecoversallMultiTechproductsimportedintotheEUasof

August13,2005.EUbasedmanufacturers,distributors,retailersandimportersareobligedtofinancethecostsof

recoveryfrommunicipalcollectionpoints,reuse,andrecyclingofspecifiedpercentagespertheWEEE

requirements.

InstructionsforDisposalofWEEEbyUsersintheEuropeanUnion

Thesymbolshownbelowisontheproductoronitspackaging,whichindicatesthatthisproductmustnotbedisposedofwithotherwaste.Instead,itistheusersresponsibilitytodisposeoftheirwasteequipmentby
