My name is Anna Renderer and we have more in common than you may think.

I faced a lot of hardship growing up and it took a great deal of mental strength and dedication to personal growth to be where I am today.

No matter how big our struggles may be, each day offers us the opportunity to be better. The only person holding us back from achieving greatness is ourselves.  I am passionate about helping

As you can see, there are 3 steps that will add up to you getting what you deserve...a

healthy, sexy body that keeps you energized and vibrant.

Achieving this can get pretty overwhelming. That’s why you should focus on breaking these big

ideas down into small, easy to complete steps.

On the following pages I’ll tell you a little bit more about that philosophy.

Start small so you can effortlessly create new habits. New habits are what get you results!

The greatest challenge is to avoid foods that make you feel crummy! This doesn’t mean you can only eat ‘rabbit food’, but it does mean that you can reduce ugly fat deposits way faster by watching what you eat, rather than killing yourself working out.

That’s why to achieve long-term results, you’ll need to commit to small daily

improvements in your life.

I imagine most people think I have this boring life where I just eat broccoli and chicken and run six miles a day to keep in tiptop shape.

The truth is that I have the most normal routine. Just like you probably do, I love

pizza, pasta, cake, wine, and even the occasional Twix bar. Watching your nutrition doesn’t mean you can’t indulge every now and then.

When you live a healthy lifestyle daily, you can get away with an occasional indulgence. After all, you totally deserve it!

Life is all about balance. Extreme diets never work out. Without balance your diet will fail. And what happens when you fail? You feel horribly about yourself and then gorge on toxic foods. I don’t want you to do that! So what does work?

Small, simple steps to altering what ‘fuel’ you put in your body.

After trying extreme methods, some people will feel like failures and give up completely because it seems impossible to have success! That breaks my heart.

I’d like to turn your focus towards simple nutritious steps that will get you

closer to your sexy and confident self. These steps will fit right in with the other healthy choices you make in your life…

You’ll lose weight and finally keep it off. And you will be able to take control of your life and physique so that you never have to rely on fad diets or gimmicks again.

I recommend you choose to make smaller, simpler, healthy choices in your life. The results will be massive and lifelong!

When you start taking action on the small steps listed below you will feel healthier without

fluctuating your weight and mood. You’ll have such resounding success, you’ll be

able to share these tips with your family and loved ones! Then they, too, will be able to achieve the body and healthy lifestyle that they want.

Ready to learn some of the simplest small steps you can take? Check them out below:

• Do not skip a meal. Skipping meals will make you hungry and crave for unhealthy snacks, as well as slow your metabolism and work against you.

• Eat 2 hours before bed. Eating too late will effect your sleep and digestion. You also might still feel full the following morning, which could result in you skipping breakfast.

• Always carry a healthy snack with you!

When you’re hungry, you need to be prepared and you should not go without food for longer than 3-4 hours!

• Eliminate soda and sugary drinks from your diet.  Studies upon studies have shown that these drinks are laced with all kinds of chemicals that have all sorts of unhealthy effects on your body. These drinks leave you dehydrated and craving more of the sugars within them.

• Mix fruit juice with water if you can’t eliminate it altogether. However fruit juices contain just as much sugar as sugary soft drinks like coca cola! If you won’t cut it all together, a great tip would be to do half juice/half water, to begin decreasing the amount of sugar you or your kids consume with each cup.

• Eliminate fast food from your meal plan completely. If you’re finding that your lifestyle doesn’t allow you to enjoy complete meals, then it’s time to figure out a schedule or meal options that isn’t causing so much damage to you.

• Eliminate processed foods. Those items aren’t very nutritious. You’re asking a lot of your body to process all the added chemical ingredients that were created in a lab somewhere.

• Don’t take weight loss supplements. They claim to produce magical results, but when put to the test in actual studies they fail! The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to adopt a lifestyle change by eating healthy and staying active.

• Don’t eat from vending machines. They mostly contain unhealthy processed snacks.

• Read food labels and make smart decisions. Don’t be tricked by fancy packaging. If you can pronounce 90% of the ingredients and it comes from a real food source, you are good!

• Don’t count calories. Focus on the quality of calories for everything you eat versus the quantity. If the food you eat offers the body valuable nutrients and vitamins then it’s great to eat.

• Drink half your body weight in fluid ounces every day. (i.e. 120lbs = 60 ounces). You are replacing calories with hydration!!! ADD LEMON to enhance flavor and also maintain an alkaline pH in the body.

• Drink up to 16 ounces of water right when you wake up, before your breakfast and coffee. This offsets the amount of water you lose while you’re sleeping as well as fills up your stomach so that you aren’t stuffing yourself at breakfast.

• Anticipate temptation. Don’t buy sweets or frozen treats! If you have it, you will eat it! Let these items be a treat once in a while when you’re out! Instead make sure you always have healthy snacks on hand.

• When in doubt, do your own research.

The Mainstream Media Should Not Be Your Resource For Nutrition Information. Google your topic and find several different studies of the same topic. Any study from a credible health journal.
