With the use of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) and the Internet,
public utility and humanitarian
organizations in the Euro-
Mediterranean (Euro-Med) and
PACA Regions are able toeffectively pilot their campaigns
of communication with no out
of pocket costs.
When using Face-to-Face
communication to reach
massive audiences; a person or
organization is required to
manage organizational, logistic
as well as food & beverage fees
that are required to satisfy thebasic operational necessities for
the event.
CMC permits the use of strategic communication to massive networks of people
representing 5 themes of public utility which are: “Access to employment
and economic development, Housing and living environment, Educational
success, Citizenship and prevention of delinquency and Health” (PACA
Region, 2010).
