This agreement is between Trista West and Marian’s interior designing

Designer: Marian’s interior designing

This letter confirms our agreement for interior design services to be performed by Marian’s interior designing at the residence of Trista West 10 Charles Sturt PL, Pakenham, 3810The purpose of this agreement is to define the scope of work and the schedule of payments agreed upon by each party. The design concept and implementation shall include all interior spaces as described in the scope of work, below.

Scope of Work: Family and dining room project to start on the 24/07/2016 and finish by the 30/07/2016 as discussed Frame to be installed on the 24/07/2016. Electrician Steen Electrical will also commence part of his work before the frame gets plastered then will return to finish his work after the Gas log fire place is installed by Illusion, on the 25/07/2016The project will continue on the 26/07/2016 with Marian’s interior design company designing

Your family and dining room with the furnishings and accents in the family room and dining area finishing on the 29/07/2016 Fee: For the professional design service package previously described, Marian’s Interior Designing shall receive a fixed fee of $1,440.00Payment Terms: Initial payment of (50%) shall be made upon the signing of this agreement. Final payment of (50%) shall be made at the finish of

the project

Additional design services outside the scope of this agreement will be billed to the client at the hourly rate of $45.00. These services include, but are not limited to, project management, meeting with contractors on-site, delivery coordination, shopping services, etc.

Purchasing: At client's request, finish materials, fixtures and furniture will be purchased by Marian’s interior designing and a separate purchasing agreement will be presented to client for approval, signature and payment. Purchase orders will not be issued until the client has approved, signed and returned a copy of the written purchasing agreement to the designer, along with the indicated deposit or payment.

Cancellation: This agreement can be terminated in the event that either party fail to uphold the terms. A phone call or in person meeting and a written notice are required to explain the reasoning. Marian’s interior designing will be compensated for all design services performed prior to notice of such termination at the hourly rate of $45.00 per hour for designer. Marian’s Interior designing shall also be compensated for all outstanding balances on purchases made on behalf of client.

Preliminary costing

Electrician will call in at 8am 25/07/2016 to Install the Recessed GPO and Brush Plate

Gas log Fire will be installed on the 25/07/2016 at 11am

The Builder will plaster the wall on the 26/07/2016 at 7am

Electrician will return to finish on the 27/07/2016 at 8am

Marian’s interior Designing will complete the project by the 29/07/2016 and to meet the client at 4pm to sign off and fix remaining costs
